Brainstorming list: we had two original ideas that we we thought would be easy and fun, which were pinball and foosball. as we began thinking, we thought of doing a skeeball machine, a basketball game, or a hockey game. through the design matrix, we realized foosball would be the easiest and most fun.
Ideas:
Pinball
Foosball table
Skeeball

Construct and test Prototype
these pictures show me building and cutting pieces of the actual game board. the first picture shows the completed game board, legs not included.
Evaluate a solution
through the testing stage, we realized what we were going to use as our "people," or the things that hit the ball, were not going to work. Although our legs didn't go on that easy and taping our goals down so the ball would easily go in, our foos-ball table was fairly easy to make and fun to play and build.
Present a solution
Although it doesn’t work as well as a real foosball table, our final product works and is a blast to play on. Using just cardboard, this is pretty incredible, considering we only started building the final design on Friday. There were numerous measurements needed to be done, such as measuring of the spaces between the hande holes, the goal sizes, and the leg length measurements all took a considerable amount of time. What probably took the most time was the cutting out of all the cardboard, for almost every piece of the project, then gluing and assembling it all together.
