Conclusion
This project was truly a blast from the past. While I had not used Inventor since freshman year, I think I managed quite well for 3 years of rust build-up. Overall, this project was fairly easy. My task in the group was to make the Chassis, which was not very difficult. I remembered how to use some Inventor features, such as extruding, revolving, and most of the other basics. However, I did learn (or relearn) how to use other features such as mirror, circular pattern, and scaling. The main problem Mihail and I had was deciding on what car to use, and the fact that we realized our dimensions for the Chassis and Body were off. While I created the Chassis with a 4 in x 1.5 in base, Mihail created his car (for some unknown reason) with a 3.9 in x 1.6 in base. While we were going to scale it, Mihail had already changed his car, so we just worked through the problem which was less efficient, but nonetheless we completed our project.
